What I have learnt about childcare education

This year, I learnt more about childcare education. First, I learnt how to communicate with children. If we want them listen to us, we should listen to them first. Although they can not express themselves clearly, we should try to understand what they say. They can use a few words or body language to represent their feeling such as smile and hug. When they smiled, I felt happy. Their smile can make me feel relaxed. Second, I learnt how to become a good teacher. For example, a good teacher should establish a good relationship with children. When they do something wrong, we should not punish them and we should encourage them to improve. When they do well, we should admire them. Although become a good teacher is not easy, I will try my best to do it as well as I can.
